women who are going through the over-40 hormonal and metabolic changes as they enter perimenopause and menopause.

Simply put, during this phase of life, you need to be more intentional with the way you train, fuel, recover, and manage stress. What used to work for you is no longer going to work. In fact, what you used to do for weight loss will likely push you further in the wrong direction with more weight gain, belly fat, energy and fatigue issues, etc.

Your muscle becomes increasingly more important, your workouts should develop your metabolism, and you should know how to eat and properly recover to get the most out of each session.

How long do I need to commit to this program?

We ask for a 3-month commitment, but the community is ongoing. After that, you're free to cancel or go month-to-month. We're confident you'll want to stick around!

Is nutrition coaching included?

Not in the individual 1-1 format. It is not possible in group format. We can’t oversee each member, or provide the ongoing 1-1 dietary adjustments in group format. You'll get everything short of 1:1 coaching, including detailed training on your diet-building instruction, adjustments, etc. And you can ask any nutrition-related questions you need help with.
